All of our espadrilles and bags can be viewed by clicking on the category links listed under SHOPPING on the left of every page. Clicking on an image, will take you to a detail page with larger photos, detail descriptions, available colors and price.

ORDERING

To add an item to your SHOPPING BASKET, select color, size, and quantity and click order. This item will now appear in your SHOPPING BASKET. To continue shopping, click on CONTINUE SHOPPING or on one of the category links listed on the left of the screen. To checkout, select the country to which your order will be shipped. Selected items and corresponding shipping charges will appear on the Order Checkout form. Please complete this form. If you would like us to tag any items as gifts, please fill in the appropriate boxes with gift names. There is no charge for this service.

To enter your credit card information on a secure server, click SUBMIT ORDER. We accept credit cards and . To pay by credit card, please go directly to the section where the credit card icons appear, click continue, enter the billing information for your credit card and continue to checkout. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card. If you have a PayPal account, enter your password to log in and continue to checkout.

We will send a confirmation of your order to the email address entered on your order. If you do not receive a confirmation, please send us an email through the CONTACT US link above.

VAT tax is applicable on all orders shipped to countries within the European Economic Community (EEC). Prices for orders going to these countries are stated in Euros and already include the VAT tax.

We do not charge additional sales taxes to countries outside of the European Union. There may be a slight customs tax applied by the local government once a package reaches its destination country. FOR EXAMPLE in the United States, individual gifts under $100.00 are tax-free. We are allowed to send gifts to more than one person in the same shipment as long as each gift has the receiver’s name on it. There is a space on the final order page to let us know how each gift should be labeled. Please use this form if necessary. There is no additional charge for this service. Customs taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.

SIZES - WOMEN'S

Our espadrilles are made in Spain and France. We have converted all WOMEN’S sizes to USA equivalents. You can check your size by clicking on the shoe prints at the bottom of each style and compare the espadrille’s measurements with your own. To measure your feet, stand barefoot next to a ruler or on a measuring tape. Measure from your longest toe in a line to the end of your heel. Each style has a different measurement. Generally, if you are usually a size 8, order a size 8. Unless otherwise noted, half sizes should size down - if you are a 7 ½ order a size 7.

• All our espadrilles are average width.
• If you have wide feet, you may be able to wear our hand stitched espadrille styles. Please contact us if you have questions about a particular style.
• If you have narrow feet, our espadrilles may be loose.

SIZES - MEN'S

Our Men’s sizes are European sizes. Below is a general conversion guide. To be extra sure you are ordering the correct size espadrille, check your size by clicking on the shoe prints at the bottom of each style and compare the espadrille’s measurements with your own. To measure your feet, stand barefoot next to a ruler or on a measuring tape. Measure from your longest toe in a line to the end of your heel. Each style has different a measurement. Generally half sizes should size down as the upper will mold to your feet after wearing a few hours.

EXCHANGES and RETURNS - SOMETHING NOT RIGHT?

We will gladly accept returns of unworn/unused/undamaged regular price merchandise for exchange or credit when we have been notified through our RETURN FORM within 7 days, beginning the day after UPS has delivered your package. Packages must be postmarked within 3 weeks of receipt of order. Notifications received after 7 days are accepted for merchandise credits only. Packages postmarked after 3 weeks of delivery may be issued partial merchandise credits. Merchandise purchased at sale prices is not returnable for exchange or credit.

Merchandise must arrive in an appropriate size box, well packed, securely sealed and in saleable condition. Please send packages to:

SHIPPING

We ship UPS EXPRESS from SPAIN to destinations throughout the world. When purchasing more than one item from ESPADRILLESETC.COM we apply a shipping discount on each additional item ordered at the same time and going to the same address.

If you do not find shipping rates to your country listed below, please contact us at customerservice@espadrillesetc.com. All rates are listed in US Dollars except those of the EEC. EEC rates are in Euros and include VAT.

Outside of The United States UPS sometimes applies a “remote area surcharge” for delivery in non-metropolitan areas. When we receive your shipping address, if this surcharge applies, we will contact you. Clicking on any of the credit card or PayPal links above in the ORDERING section will take you to a secure server to enter credit card information.


UPS EXPRESS arrives within one business day to New York City and within two days to most other locations within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders within the EEC usually arrive within one or two business days.
